Why St. Pete?

St. Pete is a beautiful and broken city. It’s a hub of creativity, art, and unique cultural expression. Out of the quarter million people who call St. Pete home, over 80% are unchurched or de-churched. One researcher ranked it in the top six “godless” cities in America. Every 43 hours, someone dies from a drug overdose in the county. In the midst of all of this brokenness, we believe God is stirring something beautiful in this city.

Our hearts have been uniquely drawn to downtown St. Pete with the hope of planting a church that passionately pursues God’s presence, practices, and people, as we pour out our lives for the good of others in St. Pete and beyond.

We have a dream of lives being changed, communities being transformed, and the culture being renewed. We believe that every life is a work of art, and we long to see the beauty of Jesus portrayed in the people and city of St. Pete!
